YOGA CLASSES
19th Avenue Yoga is up and running...or should we say...‘up and breathing and stretching?’ Jim Dant – our resident RYT 500 Yoga Instructor – is leading classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
These classes are beneficial to the long-time yoga practitioner and accessible to the novice. If it’s your first class or your five hundredth, you’ll find these sessions to be meaningful.
Gentle Flow Yoga — Tuesdays 3:30-4:30 pm
Yin Yoga — Thursdays 3:30-4:30 pm
Other classes will be added as schedules and need dictate. If you have a mat, feel free to bring it. If you don’t have a mat, they are provided. These classes are offered free of charge.
